Paige frame quick start guides and FAQs
Your Paige frame has been designed to hide all complexity related to setup and ongoing management from the frame users. To achieve this, frame administrators bear the burden of setting-up, and managing, Paige frames on behalf of their respective frame users.
Setting up a Paige frame can usually be completed in under 5 minutes, and management is a fairly straight-forward process, but should you experience challenges, we offer the user manual, quickstart guides and FAQs below to help get you on your way.
PAIGE FRAME ADMINISTRATORS QUICK START GUIDE
Setting Up and Connecting to WiFi
Your Paige frame is dependant on two things in order to function properly – a power source, and a Wifi network connection. In this section will help you set up both.
1
UNBOX YOUR PAIGE FRAME
Your Paige frame comes boxed with everything you need to set up the frame including the Paige frame and the power supply Set the frame up in a place that is easily accessible for the user, and where they spend most of their time.
We suggest on an endtable near the chair they sit in while watching television, or participating in other common activities. Make sure to situate the frame in a place where the power supply cord will not be s tripping hazzard for the user. Plug the power supply into the frame and the other end into the wall outlet.
2
TURN ON THE FRAME
The Paige frame has a power button located on the back right of the device when looking at the front. Press the button and release. You will hear a chime and the device will begin the startup proceedure.
3
ENTER YOUR WIFI INFO
The first time you set up the frame in a new location, it will prompt you to put connect to a WiFi network. In order to do this you will require both:
Network ID: ____________________________________
Network Password: _____________________________
Once you have entered the network name and password correctly, the frame will remember it, and as long as neither of those items are changed, will be able to connect to the WiFi on startup, even in the case of a power outage. You weill know that your frame is successfully connected to the internet when it displays the clock.

A Paige frame connected to the internet with no contacts added yet will display only the clock.

Paige frames operate in a secure enviroment, so all administrators and contacts MUST create a Paige account within Paige Connect before connecting to a frame. The app will guide you through the process.
Once you have created your account, your login details will be stored on your phone so you will not be required to log in everytime you open the app.
4
DISPLAY THE QR CODE SETUP SCREEN
In order to ensure that frame users do not accidently stumble into any higher frame functions, like the setup procedure, the setup has been hidden behind a secret invisible button. The button is on the bottom right side of the frame screen. ***** press/hold *****
