• Account & Frame Details:
   

  • Administrator Information: We collect the first and last name of the frame administrator to manage the account.
     

  • ​Frame User Information: We collect the first and last name and the "Common Name" of the frame user (e.g., "Grandma") to personalize the device.
     

• Authentication: We use Google’s One-Time Password (OTP) process for secure account access. We do not store or have access to any passwords.
   

• Communication Logs: We collect and log metadata for inbound and outbound calls to Paige™ frames. This includes call duration and who the call was to/from.
   

• Order & Contact Information: Basic contact details (email, phone number) and order information (shipping/billing address, payment confirmation) required to fulfill purchases.
   

• Usage Data: Information automatically collected via cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address and device information, to help us understand how you interact with our Site.
   

 

SECTION 2 - HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
