  • I just ordered a Paige frame, when should I expect to receive it?
    Thanks for your order! Delivery starts in the Spring of 2025.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Currently, orders are being fulfilled for the United States and Canada.
  • How do I setup my loved one's Paige frame?
    To setup a new Paige frame, plug it in and power it up, connect to WiFi and follow the on screen instructions.
  • Does my loved one's Paige frame need to be connected to WiFi?
    Yes, Paige frames use Wifi to send outbound notifications and receive inbound video calls.
  • How do I add a contact to my loved one's Paige frame?
    Invite contacts to your loved one's Paige frame using the Paige Companion App.
  • Is there a limit to how many contacts I add to each Paige frame?
    No, there is no limit to the number of contacts you can add to a Paige frame. However, for the best user experience, we limit the number of displayed contacts to six. You can manage this feature and all other settings using the Paige Companion App.
  • How does my loved one Paige me?
    To Paige you, a your loved one simply taps on your photo displayed on their Paige Frame. Paige will let you know that they would like you to contact them by sending a notification directly to your smartphone.
  • Is there a limit to many Paige's my loved one can send?
    No, your Paige Frame can send unlimited Paige notifications. Paige Frame features intelligent tap aggregation to minimize accidental or duplicate notifications.
  • Can I make calls to a Paige frame?
    Yes, you can make calls to Paige frames where you've been added as a contact using the Paige Companion App.
  • How does video callback with Auto-Answer work?
    Auto-Answer is automatically activated when you receive a Paige. Simply click the video callback button in the Paige Companion App to start a video call. You can manage this feature and all other settings using the Paige Companion App.
  • Do I need a subscription to make video calls?
    Each frame includes a three month video callback subscription. Up-to 30hrs of video each month. Sharable, hours are automatically shared across all contacts. Hours are calculated as the sum of minutes x participants.
  • My loved one is hard of hearing, will they be able to hear me on a video call?
    Yes. Each Paige frame has two powerful speakers. Depending on the model, volume controls are available on the device or using the Paige Companion App.
  • Where can I download the Paige App?
    The Paige App is available for iOS and Android.
