We want you to be completely certain about Paige. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for a full refund.

• Shipping: Approved returns will be sent to our Guelph, Ontario office. We will provide a shipping label and instructions for all accepted requests.

Your Paige frame is built to last, and we stand behind our hardware. Every frame comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware failures from the date of purchase.

• What’s Covered: Technical malfunctions, screen defects, and internal hardware failures occurring under normal use.
   

• What’s Not Covered: Accidental damage (drops, liquid spills), unauthorized repairs, or wear and tear.
   

• Resolution: If your device is found to be defective within the first year, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
