How the Program Works

The In-Home Trial is a six week program designed to gather your valuable feedback on the Paige v2 device. Your participation is crucial in helping us refine the Paige experience and ensure it brings comfort and connection to families everywhere.

1. Apply Below
   
   Fill out a short form to see if you qualify. If chosen, we’ll send you a Paige device to use for the duration of the program. To secure a spot in the program and reserve your device, a fully refundable $200 security deposit is required (we'll send you a separate email with a secure payment link). This deposit also confirms your continued interest and helps us manage our limited inventory of devices.

2. Getting Started​
   
   Delivery & Setup: We'll either ship or hand-deliver your Paige device. We’ll also set up a short welcome call to help you get started, although we've worked hard to make the setup process as simple and intuitive as possible.
   
   Currently, we are shipping Paige frames to families throughout Canada. However, friends and family around the world can stay connected with frame users through the Paige Connect companion app, available globally for iOS and Android.  If you are located outside of Canada and would like a frame for and aging friend or family member feel free to complete the application form and we'll add you to our wait list and notify you as soon as we expand our shipping regions.
    

3. Providing Feedback​
   
   Weekly Check-ins: Throughout the trial, we'll touch base with you weekly to get your feedback and understand your experience. We'll ask questions about how Paige is working for you, if it's helping you connect more often, and if it's offering comfort or reducing stress.​
   
   Final Feedback: At the end of the program, we'll ask for your final thoughts and if you would recommend Paige to others.​
    

4. What Happens After the Trial?
   
   At the end of the program, you have two options:
   
   Return the Device: You can return the Paige device, and we will issue a full refund of your security deposit.​
   
   Keep the Device: If you love Paige and want to continue using it, you can keep the device! The $200 security deposit will be applied in place of a device fee, which represents a 50% savings on the final retail cost. And, while consumer pricing is still being finalized, we expect the monthly services subscription to be approximately $50. As an early adopter, and as a thank you for your feedback, you will lock in a special introductory rate of just $25 per month! We'll share more details on this through the trial program.
