Text Message Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 22, 2025
Hi there! 👋 When you share your mobile number with paigeframe.com (“Paige”, “we”, or “us”), you're giving us permission to text you about ways to stay connected with your loved ones through the Paige frame and Paige Companion App. We keep it simple and respectful — no spam, just thoughtful messages to help you stay in the loop.
Why You Might Get a Text From Paige
You may receive a message from us for one of two reasons:
-
You’ve Been Added as a Trusted Contact
Someone you love has added you to their Paige frame so they can stay connected with you. We’ll send a quick text to invite you to download the Paige Companion App so you can join video calls or contact your loved-one directly.
-
You’ve Been Invited to a Video Call
If you haven't yet installed the Paige Companion App and the frame user taps on your photo to reach you, we’ll send you a text with a link to install the App.
What Kinds of Messages You’ll Get
Our messages may include:
-
Invitations to download the Paige Companion App
-
Links to join a video call
How Often We Text
We only text when it matters — usually when someone adds you to a frame or tries to reach out. You won’t hear from us constantly, we promise.
How to Opt Out
Don’t want texts anymore? No problem. Just reply STOP to any message, and we’ll take care of it. You’ll get one last message confirming you’re unsubscribed. Want back in later? You can always rejoin.
Need help? Just reply HELP, or reach out to us at [support@paigeframe.com].
Texting Costs
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan. Message delivery may vary depending on your carrier and location.
Your Privacy Matters
We care about your privacy and only use your information to support your connection through Paige. You can learn more by reading our Privacy Policy.
A Quick Note About Updates
We might update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the latest version here. By continuing to receive messages, you’re agreeing to the current terms.
